At Cegeka, we believe technology should create value not only for businesses, but also for society. That's why we're proud of 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐌𝐚𝐚𝐭𝐣𝐞, an initiative developed by our colleagues in the Netherlands together with Pauluskerk Rotterdam and Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.

RotterMaatje uses AI to help vulnerable people and volunteers quickly find the right support and information. By making services more accessible, it removes barriers and promotes inclusion.

🙌 What makes this project truly special? It demonstrates that AI is most powerful when it strengthens human connection rather than replaces it. By reducing administrative hurdles and improving access to information, volunteers and social workers can focus more on what matters most: empathy, trust, and meaningful human interaction.

Yesterday, over 60 security and business leaders from the food industry gathered at the Atomium for an inspiring evening focused on one key topic: cyber resilience. 🔐

🍽️ With none other than Piet Huysentruyt as honorary guest — also designing the menu — and his well-known closing question “Wat hebben we vandaag geleerd?”, three key lessons stood out:
1. Get your fundamentals right
2. Focus on your processes
3. Keep improving.

Cyber resilience is a continuous journey: assess, prioritize, implement, monitor... and repeat.
It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress.

Because a cyber-resilient company is a stronger company.
