The final pieces are coming together.
A lot has been happening behind the scenes, and the new paint booth is now in its last phase of construction.

This new setup is being built to support the same approach as always: one project at a time, with full focus on detail, finish and individuality.

If all goes to plan, new project slots are expected to open in November.
Thanks for the patience! I can’t wait to get back to creating.

The paint booth is starting to take shape and things are finally beginning to look a lot more like a proper workspace.

It’s been a while since my last post… 👋

After moving two months ago, things are finally starting to take shape again at JM Custom Paint.

The new paint booth is slowly coming to life. There’s still quite a bit of work ahead before I can start spraying again. finishing the walls and ceiling, installing the lighting, setting everything up properly and turning this space into the workshop I have in mind.

It’s taking a little longer than I’d like, but I’d rather build it right than rush it.

And once it’s finished, I’m looking forward to getting creative again. 🎨

There are already some ideas and new projects waiting for later this year, including a few things I’ve wanted to try for quite some time. New colours, new techniques, new combinations… and of course, plenty of bikes that deserve something a little different.

Hopefully the first fresh paint will hit the booth this autumn. 🍂🔥

For now: back to building.

Today I received the keys to our new home.

A new chapter is about to begin for JM Custom Paint.

There’s still a lot of work ahead before the new workshop is up and running, but this is the first big step towards building a fresh creative space where new projects can come to life.

I can’t wait to share the progress with you all.

So sad to see the paint booth empty 😢
The last frame has been delivered, time to shut off the lights.

Some seriously cool bikes were created right here. A lot of hours, late nights, stress, clear coat, sanding dust… and a lot of good memories.

In about one month, I’ll be moving to the new home and workshop. There’s a lot of work ahead, but I’m really looking forward to sharing the progress with you.

I’m also incredibly thankful for all the great people I’ve met over the past years. People who trusted me with their cherished bikes, frames and ideas. 🫶

What a ride it has been so far. And this is only the start of the next chapter.

Important Update!

I’m moving and the workshop is moving with me.
It still needs to be fully rebuilt, so for now my focus will be on the renovation.

This also means no new projects for the time being.
I’m aiming to be back by the end of 2026.

I’ll be sharing updates here regularly to keep you posted.
