Position: Creative Content Associate
As a Creative Content Associate, you’ll be at the heart of how Jayga communicates with the world. You'll help craft compelling stories, visuals, and campaigns that bring our brand to life and resonate with our growing community. Working alongside the design, product, and business teams, you’ll shape how our platform is seen, felt, and remembered—both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging content across digital platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and more
Brainstorm and deliver campaign ideas with strong storytelling and brand alignment
Write for blogs, newsletters, in-app content, sales decks, and other brand materials
Lead visual design to bring ideas and concepts to life
Translate product updates or insights into easy-to-understand visuals and posts
Track content performance and iterate based on analytics
Ensure all content aligns with Jayga’s tone, voice, and visual identity
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing
Fluency in English and Bangla (writing and editing)
Basic experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Passion for storytelling, brand voice, and digital culture
Strong understanding of different post formats and best content strategy practices across platforms
A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual communication
Bonus if you have knowledge in video scripting, motion design, or B2B commercial spaces
