We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Social Media Manager to craft visually compelling stories and enhance our brand’s digital presence across multiple platforms.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative video storytelling with strategic social media management. You’ll conceptualize, create, and manage engaging content that resonates with audiences while strengthening Genzam IT’s online brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
🎬 Video Editing:
1. Produce and edit reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, motion graphics, and advertisements.
2. Stay updated on video trends, transitions, and viral formats to create relevant content.
3. Optimize all visuals for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
4. Maintain consistency with Genzam IT’s branding guidelines and creative direction.
📱 Social Media Management:
1. Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
2. Create trend-driven, informative, and engaging posts to grow audience engagement.
3. Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and community interactions.
4. Track performance analytics and refine strategies to improve results.
5. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirements
1. 1+ years of experience in video editing or social media management (Freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply!)
2. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
3. Strong ability to produce high-quality short-form and branded video content.
4. Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content tools.
5. Highly creative, organized, and deadline-driven.
6. You must have a personal computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
7. Must be available consistently during working hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM BD Time).
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary Range: BDT 12,000 – 18,000 (based on experience & performance)
🕒 Probation Period: 3 months
