Position : Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Salary : Negotiable
Experience : 15–20 Years
Age :35–50 Years

đŸŽ¯ Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead Business Development, Sales & Marketing
✅ Execute commercial growth strategies
✅ Drive enterprise client acquisition & revenue growth
✅ Build partnerships with Corporate, Government, NGO & Enterprise clients
✅ Lead CPTU/e-GP, RFP, RFQ, EOI, Proposal, Tender & Bid Management
✅ Manage CRM, Sales Pipeline, KPIs, Forecasting & Commercial Performance

👇Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
✔ 15–20 years' experience in Software, AI, SaaS, Enterprise Software or ITES
✔ 8–10 years' leadership experience in Business Development, Sales or Commercial Operations
✔ Expertise in Enterprise B2B Sales, Government Procurement & Strategic Partnerships
✔ Proven record of enterprise sales growth & client acquisition
✔ Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Weekly Holidays: Friday & Saturday
