A Journey of Learning, Innovation & Achievement! 🚀

We are happy to share that team MedTros has successfully completed the University Innovation Hub Program – Innovation Cohort 3, a 3-month flagship entrepreneurship program organized under the DEIED Project, Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, ICT Division.

This intensive program was a journey of transforming core engineering insights into real-world, sustainable solutions. Throughout the cohort, our team gained hands-on experience across critical business verticals:
🔹 Innovation & Design Thinking – Identifying core problems and crafting user-focused solutions.
🔹 Problem Identification & Market Validation – Validating real-world needs and target audiences.
🔹 Business Model Development – Structuring sustainable value creation and delivery.
🔹 Value Proposition & Competitive Strategy – Defining competitive edges in tech-driven markets.
🔹 Pitch Deck & Public Speaking – Presenting complex business roadmaps clearly to stakeholders.
🔹 Teamwork & Strategic Ex*****on – Refining strategies through collaboration and feedback.

A major milestone of this cohort was on 22 February 2025, where our final Pitch Deck presentation secured the highest score along with a recognition award of BDT 60,000. 🏆

At MedTros, we believe that impactful technology must align with real human needs and sustainable business design. Experiences like these strengthen our foundation as we build and scale tech-driven health solutions for the future.
