WorkDrive In Zoho CRM - Version 3.0 is out (6 September 2026).
This update is mostly about saving clicks and fixing small things that were annoying.
What's new:
- Bulk delete: Tick many files or folders at once, in list or grid view, and delete them together. Select-all works too. You get an honest count after - how many deleted, how many went to trash, how many failed.
- Share any subfolder: Earlier, only the folder you had open could be shared. Now every subfolder gets the same three options - full share, download only, and collect only.
- Folders no longer skip empty fields: If a folder name uses a field like Company, and the record has no Company filled in yet, the folder used to simply not get created. Now it gets created with the field's label. Once someone fills the field in, clicking Sync Folder Structure in Settings renames the folder to the real value. Subfolders and files inside stay untouched.
- The Folder structure editor now shows the record's own parent folder too, so the whole structure makes sense at one look.
- Settings page has a new layout. Folder name, separator and extra text are lined up in the same order they appear in the actual folder name.
- Fixed: Move to trash now checks that a folder actually belongs to the record before acting - the same safety check Delete permanently already had.
