Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Salary: 15k-20K BDT per month [Based on experience and portfolio]
Nature: Part-Time [4 hours]
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Weekly Day Off: 01

About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented, part-time UI/UX Designer who can make Modern-looking websites and visuals for the web. We know many of you are good at mobile apps, products or maybe landing pages, but we are strictly looking for designers who have good eyes and grasp of websites, how modern and minimal styling looks, and some visual direction in themselves.

Job Responsibilities:
· Should conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on real user feedback.
· Need to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with design goals and project vision.
· Need to have expertise in Figma-plugins, Auto-layouts, Styles, design direction, and consistent layouts.
· Should be able to Implement brand guidelines into Modern-looking websites and mobile apps.
· Must stay updated on the latest UI/UX best practices and design trends to bring fresh ideas to every project.

Job Requirements:
· Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
· We’re working on Figma, So you need to know everything about Figma, A bit of prototyping, in-depth understanding of styling.
· Able to maintain a work timeline, we are strict about timing and communication.
