What You’ll Do
You will create impactful content that supports marketing and sales goals for online and offline IT training programs. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Writing high-converting Bangla ad copies for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
* Developing persuasive sales content for courses, bootcamps, and promotional campaigns
* Creating engaging scripts for Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and ads
* Shooting videos according to script requirements and content direction
* Providing basic scene direction, presentation flow, and delivery guidance during shoots
* Producing SEO-friendly website content, landing pages, blogs, and course descriptions
* Collaborating with marketers, designers, and ad specialists to improve campaign performance
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
Experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in:
Advertising agencies
o EdTech startups
o Software companies
o Training institutes
Essential Skills
• Strong Bangla copywriting ability (mandatory)
• Good English writing skills
• Understanding of sales psychology and digital marketing
• Experience in ad copy, video script, and marketing content writing
• Strategic thinking and audience-focused communication
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office environment
Bonus Qualifications
Candidates with the following experience will get added preference:
• IT training or online education industry experience
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, funnels, and landing pages
• Strong marketing portfolio or campaign samples
