The most common questions clients ask me before trusting me with their WordPress security.
1. Can you guarantee my website won’t get hacked?
No. Anyone who guarantees 100% security is selling you a fantasy. The goal is to reduce attack surfaces, fix vulnerabilities, harden the site, and make recovery much easier if something goes wrong.
2. Do I really need a security expert if I already have a security plugin?
A plugin is a tool. It isn’t a security strategy. A properly secured WordPress site needs more than installing a plugin and clicking “Activate.”
3. What happens if my site gets hacked despite your best efforts?
In security, 100% prevention is a myth, resilience is what matters. Before touching a thing, I always set up automated, off-site, immutable backups. If the worst happens, we have a clean, restorable version ready to recover from, minimizing downtime and protecting your reputation.
4. Will security work slow down my website?
It shouldn’t. Security and performance need to be handled together. Poorly configured security tools can add unnecessary overhead, but proper hardening can actually make a site cleaner and more reliable.
5. How do I know you actually fixed the problem?
You shouldn’t have to rely solely on my word. I explain what was found, what was fixed, what was hardened, and what still needs attention. Good security work should be measurable and explainable.
