At DataCrata, we are building intelligent AI agents that can handle real customer conversations.
Today we’re sharing a look at the Admin Support System that powers the Travela AI Booking & Support Agent.

Travela’s WhatsApp is connected directly to our platform, where the support team can monitor and manage conversations between users and the AI agent.

How the system works

When a user sends a message on WhatsApp, it appears instantly inside our Meta Support Inbox dashboard.

The support team can operate the system in two different modes:

🤖 Agent Mode
The AI agent automatically replies to the user without needing approval from the support team.
This allows instant responses for booking queries, property searches, and support questions.

👨‍💻 Human Mode
The AI generates a suggested reply, but the support team reviews it first before sending.
The team can:

• Accept the reply
• Edit the message
• Regenerate a better response
• Reject the suggestion

This ensures quality control while still benefiting from AI assistance.

Manual Tool Support

We also built Manual Tools to help the support team quickly interact with the system.

For example, agents can manually trigger tools like:

• Property listing search
• Location-based recommendations
• Booking details lookup
• Guest and date queries

This allows the team to browse and retrieve information instantly while chatting with customers.

This hybrid approach gives businesses the best of both worlds:
