10-15% (depends) of the product value needs to be paid on advanced for pre-ordering the component, rest of the payment must be made during delivery. Warranty Policy:

To claim international warranty we need to send the product to the exporting country which will take around 2 months to get processed and collect the warrantied product at the cost of BDT 4,000 (Shipping charge only). Sometimes there will be offers for no-charge warranty claiming depending on the business priorities. There's no hide and seek about warranty claiming we are heavily transparent about warranty claiming and if you do not break the warranty rules of the manufacturer of your product you will definitely get your warranty that's 100% sure.
