We had a productive meeting with Mashuque Rahman, an experienced semiconductor professional and former Director of Sales and Business Development at Samsung Foundry.

Drawing on his extensive experience across the foundry, ASIC, and semiconductor IP industries, we discussed potential AI applications in the semiconductor sector, project collaboration, and opportunities to strengthen global industry networks.

We look forward to defining the next steps and exploring opportunities to work together.

We are proud to have supported LazyChat from its earliest day and even prouder to see how far the team has come in just over a year.

In the last six months, LazyChat has grown 12x and has been accepted into the CREATE-X Accelerator at Georgia Tech, marking an important milestone in its journey toward becoming a global AI-powered sales operations platform.

The team has built an early customer base across Malaysia, South Africa, and the United States, while reaching profitability with a team of only 10 people.

Congratulations to the entire LazyChat team on this achievement. We are proud to continue backing LazyChat and growing alongside the team on this journey.

Its been just over a year that we started building 𝐋𝐚𝐳𝐲𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭.
Today, we're excited to share that we've been accepted into the 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞-𝐗 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 at 𝐆𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡. Looking back at our first year:

•⁠ ⁠𝟕𝟎𝐌+ customer conversations processed
•⁠ ⁠𝟑𝟎𝟎+ customers onboarded
•⁠ ⁠𝟗𝟎%+ end-to-end automation for our customers' conversations
•⁠ ⁠Early userbase created in 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐚, 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 and the 𝐔𝐒𝐀.
•⁠ ⁠Became Profitable.
•⁠ ⁠All done by a team of only 𝟏𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞.

The most interesting part is that we didn't build the product alone. Almost every major feature came directly from customer feedback. What started as a simple chatbot has evolved into an AI sales operations platform.

We're still just getting started.

Honored to welcome Dr. Ehsanul Haque to Ontik.

Dr. Ehsanul Haque is a distinguished academic and respected figure in Bangladesh’s engineering education landscape, with a remarkable career in metallurgy, materials engineering, and academic leadership.

A former Professor of the Department of Metallurgy, now Materials and Metallurgical Engineering at BUET, Dr. Haque has contributed significantly to the growth of metallurgical and materials engineering education in Bangladesh. He also served as the Vice-Chancellor of Khulna University of Engineering & Technology and later continued his academic contribution as a Consultant in Nanomaterials and Ceramic Engineering at BUET.

During his visit to Ontik, we had an insightful conversation on education, engineering, innovation, and the future of talent development in Bangladesh.

We are grateful for his time, wisdom, and encouragement, and we look forward to staying connected with him in the days ahead.

Prof. Rafiqul Gani is a globally renowned chemical engineer, researcher, and entrepreneur, widely recognized for his pioneering contributions to process systems engineering, sustainable technologies, and industrial innovation.

Mr. Oz Gani is a veteran creative director, animation supervisor, and senior animator with extensive experience across the global animation and VFX industry. Having worked with leading studios including Sony, Microsoft, Disney, ILM, Framestore, and DNEG, he has contributed to major productions such as Captain America: Civil War, Okja, Edge of Tomorrow, The Amazing Spider-Man, and Men in Black 3. With a strong background in both feature films and animation, he brings deep creative and technical expertise in visual storytelling, character animation, and high-end production.

Their visit created a valuable opportunity for insightful discussions around innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, creativity, and the future of global industries.
