1. Asst. Manager (Channel Sales)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and expand partner and distributor networks for IT solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Achieve monthly and annual channel sales targets and drive partner performance.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to design attractive partner schemes and enablement programs.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and channel feedback to adapt sales tactics.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in channel sales, business development, or IT solution distribution will be preferred.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong strategic mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2. Executive, Techno Sales
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client technical requirements and present tailored IT/networking solution offerings.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and Bill of Materials (BoM) in coordination with engineering teams.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) trials for clients.
Act as a technical bridge between clients and backend engineering teams.
Identify new enterprise IT infrastructure and network solution sales opportunities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in CSE, EEE, IT, or related technical discipline.
1–2 years of experience in technical sales, presales, or IT solution consulting will be preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, IT hardware, and systems integration.
Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
3. Office Assistant/Peon
