About the Role
Electra International is looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executives to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and marketing, strong market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets to support company growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Promote and sell Electra products effectively through direct customer engagement.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays in showrooms.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and product presentation standards.
Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Plan and execute promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
Create engaging content for promotional and marketing purposes (preferred).
Requirements
Candidates with experience in Sales & Marketing, especially from:
Footwear Industry
Electronics & Home Appliance Industry
DAP (Domestic Appliance Products) Industry
Brand Promotion & Product Development
will receive preference.
Strong understanding of the electronics and consumer appliance market.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure.
Ability to meet sales targets and deliver results
