Position: Customer Support & Sales Management

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team and help us connect with our customers, create better experiences, and drive sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to customer messages from Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Make phone calls to follow up and confirm orders.
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Prior experience in customer support, sales, or similar roles is preferred.
• Comfortable using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
• Digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
