A good product can still fail to sell online.
Not because the product is bad.
But because the online experience doesn't reflect its value.
A few weeks ago, we received a new project through Fiverr from a shop owner.
At first, the request was simple:
"I need an online store."
But after understanding the business, we saw something important.
This wasn't just about adding products and an Add to Cart button.
The business had a story.
The products had an identity.
So we decided to build the online experience around that.
We're now developing a platform where customers can:
โ Explore collections
โ Discover products
โ Understand their story
โ Purchase through a smooth experience
These are some early screens from the project ๐
And this reminded me of something every shop owner should consider:
It's often the first impression of your business.
If your physical shop looks premium but your website feels outdated or confusing, you're creating two completely different experiences for your customers.
That's why we don't just ask:
"What features do you need?"
We also ask:
"How should your customers experience your business?"
Because good software is not only about adding more features.
