While Apple has yet to officially confirm its plans🚨, industry analysts and multiple supply chain reports increasingly point to a fully portless design for the 20th anniversary iPhone🍒. Expected to launch around 2027, the rumored iPhone 20 is widely believed to eliminate the USB-C connector entirely, relying exclusively on MagSafe and other wireless technologies for charging and data transfer. If accurate, the move would represent one of the most significant hardware changes in the iPhone's history.
The transition to a portless design is reportedly part of a broader redesign strategy. Leaks suggest the iPhone 20 will remove the physical charging port altogether, making MagSafe the primary charging solution.
