🚀 We’re Hiring a Full Stack Web Developer cm Server Admin
We're looking for one person who can carry a project the whole way. Not "I'll do the frontend, someone else handles deployment" - the whole way. Idea to wireframe to code to server to the boring maintenance nobody wants to talk about.
And yes, you'll be doing a lot of that solo - but not the hard way. AI is part of the toolkit here. We expect you to use it, lean on it, move fast with it. One developer with good judgment and the right tools can cover ground that used to take three people. That's the bet we're making.

The stack you'll live in
Next.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind. MongoDB, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL - you should be comfortable picking the right one instead of defaulting to whatever you used last time.
On the server side: CloudLinux, AlmaLinux, WHM/cPanel, WHMCS, LiteSpeed, Apache, Nginx, Redis. And more importantly, the instinct to open the right log file first when something's down.
You need design sense. Actual design sense.
This isn't a nice-to-have for us. You should be able to look at a reference and understand why it works - the spacing, the type scale, where the eye goes first. Then rebuild that quality yourself, on your own, without a designer holding your hand through every screen.
Plenty of developers write clean code and ship ugly products. We'd rather not.
About AI - we're not weird about it
Use it. Use it aggressively. Claude, Cursor, whatever makes you faster. We're not going to pretend it's 2019.
What we care about is that you're the one in control. Ship fast with AI, sure - but when the output is wrong, you should be able to read it, understand why, and fix it yourself. You should know what your own code does. That's the whole line: independent developer who uses AI, not someone who's stuck the moment the AI is stuck.
What the job actually is
Plan → design → build → test → deploy → maintain. E-commerce, SaaS, custom web apps. You own it end to end, and you own it when it breaks too.

Work Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Saturday – Thursday)

Office Location: Banani, Dhaka
