Greetings Fellow Graphics Designer And Honorary Clients.
I Hope You're Having a lovely day and I would like to discuss something related with logo designs featuring how can we choose the right design for our industry/business and I will also try to tell you how can both the buyer and the seller can be happy in both terms.
This will be helpful for newer graphics designer and can also help some veterans.
1. You need to know what your client really wants:
If a client comes to you and say I need a logo design for my business. First thing always ask first what does his company does or will do. after that most graphics designer does they just rush off to make a design for them and often gets rejected. For avoiding that you need to understand what does the shape of your logo indicates. some clients will not understand what does it means and that's where you come in and explain why you choose this design for his project. It always will lead you to success every often if you can execute it perfectly. Make sure to define the brand identity for your clients business.
2. Choosing the right color:
It might look simple but trust me finding the right color for your logo design is really tuff and after you've completed a logo design and add some random color you will be asking yourself, Is this really gonna work with it? Always choose the right color scheme for your design. if your a beginner i would suggest you to use darker background with lighter color for the logo design. and also if your a veteran in color scheme you should try gradient colors. trust me it works like a charm. and always color has its own meaning too for reflecting the design. that's why learning color schemes is important.
3. Delivering the final design to you're client.
Now a lot of people make this kind of mistake. they just created a simple standard design and they just hand it over to the client. I mean you know the client wont be happy with that kind of presentation. now what you can do to avoid this is using mockups. you can use mockups to show your clients how the design will look like. that way the client will have an idea about it and then gladly accept your design if the concept is correct. also use photos as for the background and place your logo over to make it look attractive as well.
Well these are some tips i wanted to share to some fellow graphics designer who are new and some seller can also be aware of what kind of designs will suite them the most.
If you want to ask me about logo design and graphics design related questions please let me know.
Once again hope you all have an lovely day.
