We’re looking for a smart, curious, and internet-savvy Junior Web Developer who loves websites, performance optimization, and figuring out how things work behind the scenes.

This is not a traditional “developer-only” role. You’ll work closely with our marketing and content team to improve website speed, SEO performance, user experience, and overall website quality across multiple projects.

A major part of your role will be taking care of the Technical SEO of our websites — ensuring websites are optimized for search engines, performance, indexing, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals, and overall technical health.

You will also work directly under and alongside our Senior WordPress Developer, giving you the opportunity to learn hands-on from real projects and grow your technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals
Optimize websites for better Google ranking performance
Handle technical SEO fixes and implementation
Work with WordPress, Elementor, and similar platforms
Assist the Senior WordPress Developer with website development tasks
Fix mobile responsiveness and UI issues
Implement schema markup and structured data .
Manage redirects, indexing, sitemap, and robots.txt
Optimize images and website assets
Monitor websites using Google Search Console & Analytics
Support tracking setup such as Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager
Collaborate with content writers and marketing team

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
Someone who enjoys problem solving and learning new things
Good attention to detail
Passion for websites, SEO, marketing, or digital growth
Good communication skill in English.

Other Information:
Working Days: Monday – Friday (8 AM to 4 PM).
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience).
