Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka

About the Role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Sales team as Client Communication Executives, responsible for managing international client conversations through platforms like Fiverr and Upwork.
This role combines communication, sales, and project coordination, making it ideal for candidates who want to build a career in the global freelancing industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and manage company profiles on global marketplaces (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.). Respond to incoming client inquiries instantly and professionally.
• Analyze client requirements (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) and prepare tailored proposals
• Manage pricing discussions and project timelines to ensure win-win outcomes.
• Follow up with Clients and convert them into projects
• Coordinate between client expectations and our operations team to ensure project clarity.
• Build long-term client relationships through professional communication

Requirements
• Mandatory Strong English communication, both writing and speaking.
• Relevant experience in a similar position (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
• No mandatory educational degree, we value skills and work ethics.
• Basic knowledge of web services (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) is preferred
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month probation period, with training and performance evaluation

Working Schedule
• 3 Shift Rotation:
o Morning: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
o Evening: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
o Night: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
