⏰️Shift Options:
☀️ Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (6 Hours)
🌙 Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (6 Hours)
📋Key Responsibilities:
✅ Convert leads into sales through calls and messages.
✅ Communicate effectively with potential customers in Bangla.
✅ Maintain professional customer interactions.
✅ Achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
📍Requirements:
🎓 Minimum Education: HSC / Equivalent.
💻 Basic computer and software knowledge.
📞 Basic understanding of sales and customer communication.
⚡ Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
🗣️ Smart communication skills in Bangla will be an added advantage.
⭐ Previous call center experience will be given preference.
