We are looking for a passionate and motivated Next.js Developer Intern to join our growing team. Internship Overview:
As a Next.js Developer Intern at Aft Soft, you will work alongside experienced developers and contribute to building and enhancing web applications. The internship duration is 6 months, and based on your performance, you will be considered for a full-time position at the end of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using Next.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
Work with APIs (REST or GraphQL) to fetch and display dynamic data.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO using Next.js features (SSR, SSG).
Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and modern UI using Tailwind CSS or other CSS frameworks.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
Stay updated with the latest web development trends and best practices.
Assist with ad-hoc development tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong interest in web development, especially with Next.js and React.js.
Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
Familiarity with Next.js concepts like pages, routing, SSR, and SSG.
Understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, etc.).
Bonus (Optional but Preferred):
Experience with Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with API integration (REST or GraphQL).
Knowledge of CMS systems like Sanity or Strapi.
Basic understanding of SEO for web apps.
