🔐 GoWafir Policy Update – Transparency First
GoWafir সবসময় পরিষ্কার নিয়ম ও দায়িত্বপূর্ণ সম্পর্ক গড়ায় বিশ্বাস করে।
আমাদের ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে আরও স্বচ্ছ ও কার্যকর সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখতে, আমরা আমাদের Terms & Conditions এবং Refund Policy স্পষ্টভাবে তুলে ধরেছি।
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
Welcome to GoWafir. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services provided by GoWafir. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Agreement
All services will be executed based on a written agreement, quotation, or contract specifying the scope of work, timelines, and payment structure. Any modifications or additional services will require prior written approval and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are to be made as per the mutually agreed payment schedule.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for the completed projects will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received.
GoWafir retains the right to showcase the completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information exchanged during the course of the project.
5. Limitation of Liability
GoWafir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. In any event, GoWafir's total liability shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the client for the specific service that directly caused the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলী :
GoWafir-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। এই শর্তাবলী GoWafir কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সেবা ব্যবহারের নিয়মাবলী নির্ধারণ করে। আমাদের সেবা গ্রহণের মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি প্রদান করছেন।
১. সেবা চুক্তি
প্রতিটি সেবা লিখিত চুক্তি, কোটেশন বা কন্ট্রাক্ট অনুযায়ী সম্পাদিত হবে, যেখানে কাজের পরিধি, সময়সীমা এবং পেমেন্ট শিডিউল নির্ধারণ থাকবে। অতিরিক্ত কোনো সেবা বা পরিবর্তন হলে তা লিখিতভাবে অনুমোদিত হতে হবে এবং অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
২. পেমেন্ট শর্তাবলী
সকল পেমেন্ট নির্ধারিত শিডিউল অনুযায়ী পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ে পেমেন্ট না হলে সেবা স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
রিশোধিত অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, তবে আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতিতে উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলীর আওতায় ফেরত প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
৩. মেধাস্বত্ব
পুরো অর্থ পরিশোধের পর ক্লায়েন্টের কাছে প্রকল্পের মেধাস্বত্ব হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
GoWafir নিজস্ব পোর্টফোলিও ও মার্কেটিং এর জন্য প্রকল্পটি প্রদর্শনের অধিকার রাখে।
৪. গোপনীয়তা
উভয় পক্ষই সমস্ত গোপনীয় এবং ব্যবসায়িক তথ্য গোপন রাখার প্রতিশ্রুতি প্রদান করে।
৫. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
GoWafir কোনও প্রকার পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে না; যার মধ্যে লাভ, আয়, ডেটা বা ব্যবসায়িক সুযোগের ক্ষতি অন্তর্ভুক্ত, তবে শুধু এটাই সীমাবদ্ধ নয়। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহারের কারণে বা ব্যবহারে অক্ষমতার কারণে যদি এ ধরনের ক্ষতি হয়, তার জন্য GoWafir কোনও দায় নেবে না। যেকোনো পরিস্থিতিতে GoWafir-এর সর্বোচ্চ দায়বদ্ধতা সেই নির্দিষ্ট সেবার জন্য ক্লায়েন্ট কর্তৃক প্রদানকৃত মোট অর্থের পরিমাণের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।
৬. আইনগত কার্যকারিতা
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যাত হবে।
REFUND POLICY
GoWafir is committed to delivering the highest quality services with transparency and professionalism. To ensure a fair and smooth financial process, we follow the refund policy outlined below.
Payment Structure:
50% upfront payment is required before the project starts.
The remaining 50% payment is due upon project completion and final client approval.
Refund Process:
Advance Payment (50%):
Once the project has started, the advance payment is generally non-refundable as it covers initial work such as planning, research, and resource allocation.
Project Cancellation (Midway):
If the client decides to cancel the project midway, any payments made beyond the initial 50% will be evaluated based on the work completed. A partial refund may be issued for any unused portion of the payment.
Failure on GoWafir’s Part:
If GoWafir fails to deliver the agreed services within the stipulated timeframe, or if the client is not satisfied with the deliverables, a full or partial refund may be processed after mutual discussion.
Post-Delivery Refund:
Once the final work is delivered and approved by the client, no refund will generally be applicable. However, in case of any technical issues or defects, we will make every effort to resolve them promptly.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the client’s designated bank account, mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, etc.), or any other mutually agreed payment method.

প্রত্যর্পণ নীতি :
GoWafir সর্বোচ্চ মানের সেবা প্রদান নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমাদের অর্থনৈতিক লেনদেন ও পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া স্বচ্ছ ও গ্রাহকবান্ধব রাখার জন্য নিম্নোক্ত রিফান্ড নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা হয়।
পেমেন্ট স্ট্রাকচার:
মোট চুক্তি মূল্যের ৫০% অগ্রিম প্রদান করতে হবে কাজ শুরুর পূর্বে।
অবশিষ্ট ৫০% প্রদান করতে হবে প্রকল্পের কাজ সম্পন্ন হলে এবং ক্লায়েন্টের চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদনের পরে।
রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া:
অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট (৫০%):
প্রজেক্ট শুরুর পর অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট সাধারণত রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, কারণ এই অর্থ দ্বারা পরিকল্পনা, রিসার্চ, রিসোর্স বরাদ্দ ও প্রাথমিক কাজ শুরু করা হয়।
কাজের মাঝে বাতিল:
যদি কোনো কারণে ক্লায়েন্ট প্রজেক্ট বাতিল করতে চান, তবে ইতোমধ্যে সম্পন্ন হওয়া কাজের মূল্যায়ন করে অগ্রিম পেমেন্টের বাইরে কোনো অতিরিক্ত অর্থ প্রদান হয়ে থাকলে সেটি আংশিক রিফান্ডযোগ্য হতে পারে।
GoWafir এর ব্যর্থতা:
যদি GoWafir নির্ধারিত সময়ে কাজ সম্পাদনে ব্যর্থ হয় এবং ক্লায়েন্ট সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে পারস্পরিক আলোচনার মাধ্যমে আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ডের সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হবে।
কাজ সম্পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর:
ক্লায়েন্টের চূড়ান্ত অনুমোদন এবং সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর সাধারণত রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়। তবে কোন কারিগরি ত্রুটি থাকলে সেগুলো সমাধান করার জন্য আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করবো।
রিফান্ড প্রসেসিং:
অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
রিফান্ড নির্ধারিত ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট, মোবাইল ফিন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (বিকাশ, নগদ ইত্যাদি) অথবা চুক্তি অনুযায়ী অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।
বিশেষ শর্ত:
GoWafir সবসময় ক্লায়েন্টের সন্তুষ্টি ও সেরা সেবা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে কাজ করে। যেকোনো জটিলতা বা প্রশ্নের জন্য আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিমের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

GoWafir values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.
