Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end B2B business development activities, coordinate daily operations, and support overall team performance.
2. Plan, execute, and evaluate (end-to-end) email marketing campaigns to improve outreach effectiveness and lead generation results.
3. Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, career pages, business directories, and other research tools to identify ICP.
4. Maintain accurate CRM records, lead databases, sales activities, and business development documentation.
5. Prepare proposals, business presentations, and supporting documents for client engagement and business development initiatives.
6. Mentor junior team members, monitor their performance, and provide guidance to improve research quality, productivity, and campaign ex*****on.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field
2. Must have experience in core B2B email marketing
3. 2+ years of sales experience in BPO (Global) will be an added advantage
4. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
6. International client exposure
7. Open to local and international travel for business development and project support
8. Highly skilled leadership quality
9. Ownership of SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery performance
10. Experience in lead generation from marketplaces like Upwork will be an added advantage
Salary Range:
Open for negotiation based on experience and capability.
