It was a great mix of work and fun—we reviewed the past year and mapped out exciting plans for 2025. 📊

We took a tour around Munich and showed some serious Eisstockschießen skills on the ice. 🥌

In the evening, Glühwein kept us warm and ready for the team dinner. 🍷

Being a good UI/UX designer can be very challenging, and striking the right balance is not just a challenge but a true design feat. 🤸‍♀️

Users, businesses, and developers are three essential pillars that support our work as UI/UX designers. 🤝

They all have their own needs and constraints, and every UI/UX designer must acknowledge them. ☝

The costs of misbalance are high. That’s why designing with all three pillars in mind is not a choice but a necessity. ⚠
