I use Fastmail (www.fastmail.fm) to handle my e-mail. The main reasons are that it allows me to point the MX record of the domains I host to Fastmail and then handle all e-mail addresses and forwards from the one control panel. Fastmail also allows me to store files and to maintain my contacts and calendars which can be access from Outlook.

In short, using Fastmail allows me to manage all of my information in a central location.
