Around 10 years ago, we started Joonya from our family garage, with my two little boys crawling around at our feet. My media background met Rich’s finance background, and together we built Joonya from the ground up.
Our first marketing department? My double pram 😅 I printed flyers at officeworks, handed them out on foot, and then started calling hospitals, pharmacies and health food stores.
The right factory wasn’t the first one either. I sampled so many nappies, and I walked away every time ingredient safety or supply-chain trust didn’t meet the standard I wanted for my own boys. The yes was Denmark.
That frustration became our standard: totally chlorine free, fragrance free, third-party tested, with the results made public. Proof, not promises.
10 years later, we’re still 100% family owned, still made in Denmark, and still made for families just like ours. Thank you for being part of our story.
