We have some exciting news to announce! 📣

We have upgraded our home and business plans to deliver faster speeds across the board, all at the same prices! These changes apply to both new and existing customers, with all home plans now offering speeds of up to 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been investing heavily in our network infrastructure. Over the past 12 months, we’ve upgraded more than 20 facilities, boosting overall capacity, reliability and redundancy.

We have been quiet on our socials, so here's an update on what has been happening lately on the Splash Scene.

We are thrilled to announce over the past few months, we have completed major service upgrades at 3 of our existing sites to revolutionise your online experience. We have also installed a new facility in the Tura Beach area to further increase network performance and coverage.

We are always striving to make your experience with Splash memorable. Stay tuned for further updates and upgrades we have planned over the next couple of months!

**Saturday 8th February 2025 - UNPLANNED OUTAGE affecting some customers in the Pambula, South Pambula, Griegs Flat and surrounding areas**

At approx 4:00pm yesterday, Saturday the 8th February one of our tower sites experienced a direct lightening hit which has damaged a large amount of equipment. We have been working throughout the night and continue today to replace and bring back on services impacted by this. We have been able to bring back some services in Pambula at approx 12:30am this morning. We have sent SMS updates to affected customers yesterday afternoon and this morning and will continue to do so as we progress. We appreciate your patience and are working around the clock to get remaining services restored for our customers.

**UPDATE 09/02/2025 12:15pm**
Works are progressing on restoring services but are being hampered by the inclement weather conditions we are currently facing. We are still aiming for full or majority restoration of services later this afternoon.

**UPDATE 09/02/2025 2:20pm**
We have successfully restored some services over the past hour. Works are continuing and we are confident all remaining users affected will have services restored later this afternoon.

**UPDATE 09/02/2025 6:20pm**
Most services have been restored and the remainder of customers still impacted by the outage should expect full service restoration within the next few hours.

**UPDATE 09/02/2025 9:00pm**
All remaining affected services have been restored this evening. If customers are still experiencing any issues in the morning, please contact us on 61004600 as you may have damaged equipment onsite at your property from the recent storms.
