MelBIM is a not for profit group based in Melbourne, Australia that seeks to bring together together the built environment community of Victoria, to share and exchange thoughts and knowledge relating to technology and innovation across the AEC+FM industry, with a particular focus on BIM. ademic Building (SAB), City Campus. MelBIM events are free to attend and include education-based presentations from industry leaders on a wide range of BIM-related subjects. Attendees of these events are provided a fantastic opportunity to network and engage with other professionals from backgrounds including Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, Manufacturing, Town Planning, Quantity Surveying, Software Development/Vendors, AEC Services, Product Sales / Retail, Education and Government.

MelBIM is back... bigger than ever! With extra special thanks to RMIT University and event sponsor Cadgroup, the next MelBIM event will be held on Tues 24 September at one of Melbourne’s most beloved architectural icons, the recently refurbished Capitol Theatre. Full event details will be announced shortly, but free tickets, which include food and drinks during post-event networking, are now available via the MelBIM website (www.melbim.com.au). Registration is essential to attend, so get in quick to avoid missing out on this special event.
