Welcome and thank you for visiting my site, my name is Brian and I will always be your front-end techy that will be there to help and assist with your tech associated problems.
With my extensive knowledge of computers and technology, I am here, willing to provide an outstanding service that delivers great customer service.
What I can provide is loyalty towards you and your PC. I may be different to other tech businesses because I focus on people first approach, making people like you feel not alone in the ICT world. I aim to help you with the best of my ability through patience and persistence in completing the trouble-sum job (you secretly put me up against to tackle).
I grew up loving computers, really in it's own purpose of existence. I found my love for them when I was 6 years old. First song to ever be played and listened to alot on my first computer was Backstreet Boys - Larger than Life. Sounds like sort've a coincidence as computers will soon be the face of life and possibly larger - VR (Virtual Reality) etc.
Years went on and on, played a game called Motorcross Madness non-stop with no internet as didn't have, enjoyed every moment. My troubleshooting skills started to develop more and more since I started high school (Year 7), I was very much interested in all subjects associated with Information Technology. I heard, "If you're interested in something, you will learn faster than what you're not interested in." (Quote added from my mind, may be somewhere but it's what I can agree on... benefits of being a Leo...)
Oh, the good old high school... Each year I looked out for 1 particular subject, and yet it was Information Technology that always caught my eye. Always looked forward to attending classes because I got to use a computer and have a teacher explain stuff in computer language, design this, fix that, how and what... I loved it!
I completed all the assignments given to me such as, video making/editing, image design (logos/banners/brochures/cards etc), actor in plays, all sorts of things. I loved it!
Side note -
I became a student leader in grade 10 and 11, then became the P&C Liaison Student Prefect in grade 12. To be honest, I did not know I was going to be a student leader, I did think about it when I was growing up as I liked being a role model for others... but until grade 9, my ICT teacher, Mrs Singh from Morayfield State High School, saw great potential in me that I could not see in myself. She convinced me to become a student leader and I can thank her today as I wouldn't be who I am without having the experience I was given.
After year 12, I was un-aware of what I wanted to do, I started off doing some labour work, moving tiles and cutting rubber from wire... After a couple months, I took a different approach, convinced by my very own mother, Sylvia Leveris Walton, to apply at a Real Estate to potentially become a sales person but was put on as Trainee to learn about the administrator role at Ray White Caboolture (doing a Cert III in Business Administration). This was also a wonderful experience, as I used my skills in technology to assist in making some interesting new designs and learned the use of technology at the business. Some interesting new designs that I created were, new forms (improved and well detailed - rental application, brochures for sales, improved out-of-date forms and worked on numerous rentals forms), slideshow of sales performance and efficiency of the software used at Ray White.
I have been at Ray White now for just over 3 years, on-and-off. James Brown, the boss at Ray White Caboolture has also seen the effort and persistence of my skills, both in the technology and his business atmosphere. After I completed my Cert III in Business Administration, James wondered if I would be interested in going to university to study my long desired skill to be qualified in the job in the IT field. I was a bit nervous to progress further as I was comfortable working at Ray White Caboolture, but after a long discussion, I went ahead with it.
Till today, I have been still working at Ray White Caboolture, contractor with an Australian wide mobile IT technician job (8 months +), attending University studying Bachelor of ICT (Full Time), and starting up my very own business working to get my name out there as a trusted mobile IT technician people can trust.
