A client approached us at Print3d-lab after losing a center cap from a popular 4WD wheel brand. With no replacements available — discontinued, unavailable, nowhere to be found — we stepped in to engineer a bespoke solution from scratch.

After a few hours of CAD design and prototyping, we 3D printed a dual-color ABS center cap. The result? A spot-on match that surpassed the original in strength, fit, and aesthetic.
