We're Hiring: Graphic Artist / Brand Designer
Remie Australia Support team is looking for a Brand & Graphic Designer who can take a product from no design to a complete, design-oriented system. You'll own our visual identity across marketing, mobile, and web, and produce the graphic + marketing design that makes the brand stand out.
What We're Looking For
✅ Own the brand system: logo usage, color, typography, iconography, illustration style, and motion language - kept consistent and professional across every surface (app, web, marketing, social, decks)
✅ Design high-end graphics for mobile + web: onboarding flows, feature screens, empty states, app-store screenshots, hero/marketing visuals, and in-app banners and promos. (UI & UX design is a plus.)
✅ Produce marketing & social creative: campaign assets, landing-page visuals, launch graphics, and email headers — partnering closely with the marketing team
✅ Build and maintain a design system / component library that scales with the product
✅ Create supporting graphics: icons, illustrations, simple motion/animated assets, and presentation and pitch visuals - and more as the brand grows
Key Skills
🔹 Brand development — logo usage, colour palettes, typography systems, iconography, and brand guidelines
🔹 Digital & social media design — scroll-stopping graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram targeting Filipino nurses and Australian healthcare employers
🔹 Marketing & recruitment collateral — digital posters, brochures, email headers, presentation decks, and business cards
🔹 UI/UX support — UI assets, icons, illustrations, and design specs aligned with the platform's design language
🔹 Presentations & reports — polished pitch decks, investor presentations, and partner materials
What You'll Do
🔹 Develop and maintain the NurseSpace visual identity across all channels
🔹 Create social media graphics, job posting visuals, and campaign creatives
🔹 Produce recruitment material mockups and marketing collateral
🔹 Support product and development teams with design assets and documentation
🔹 Design polished presentations and partner-facing materials
