I’m excited to share my article ‘Yoga Mudra Oracle: It’s in Your Hands’ is featured in the Summer 2026 issue of Watkins Mind Body Spirit magazine. ✋🏽✨

In it, I share the story of how I first discovered mudras during a difficult chapter of my life, when illness meant my usual yoga practice was no longer possible. Mudras became the beginning of a whole new path. 🙌🏽

I also talk about how my Yoga Mudra Oracle deck came to life - created in collaboration with my husband Steve, and walk through three mudras for inner peace.🔮👌🏾

This week’s mudra is Bhuchari Mudra - and if you can hold it while trying not to blink the eyes too much it can also help clear the eye ducts. It will help return you to your inner sanctum. 🙏🏼 ❤️✨

We are capable of so much more than we think we are! We just need to remember to keep returning to a place of inner stillness - letting go, letting go, letting it all go…

This week’s mudra is Shankh mudra and it’s all about speaking your truth! 📣🩷📣

Hands of Love - daily self-care ritual ✋🏽💓✨

What you’ll need:
✨ Naturally scented oil or hand cream - I love any BOPO Woman oil 💓
✨ Your hands 🤣 will come in handy (sorry!)

Take three deep cleansing breaths in and out…

State an intention to yourself like:
I honour the hands that enable me to show active love in my world. 🩷

Prepare now by removing any rings from your fingers and any bracelets from your wrists. 💍

Place a few drops of your favourite oil or cream into the palm of your hand - be generous. 🧴

Take time and care to rub the oil in - massaging each finger slowly.

Pay attention to every line, every knuckle, every finger. ✋🏽

Massage your palm in slow circles. Don’t forget the wrists. 🌀

Take another moment to say a silent ‘thank you’ to these masterpieces of nature. 🙏🏼

Remember to rinse and repeat! 🙏🏼
