Micro Masters Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Network L1, IT, Field Service, and Smart Hands Technicians for an upcoming Antenna & LTE Router Installation Project across multiple locations throughout Australia.

📍 Project Overview
-Project: Antenna & LTE Router Installation
-Expected Start: End of September or 1st Week of October 2026
-Duration: Approximately 1–2 Months
-SLA: 2–3 Business Days
-Technician Level: Network L1 / Basic Smart Hands
-Locations: Multiple Sites Across Australia

✅ Preferred Experience:
• Network, IT, Field Service, or Smart Hands support experience
• Antenna and LTE router installation experience
• Work-at-height experience preferred
• Working-at-height certification advantageous
• Installation activities may involve working at heights of up to 3 metres
• Travel may be required based on site location

✅ Client-Supplied Equipment & Materials:
All required equipment and installation materials will be provided on-site prior to the scheduled installation date, including:

• Peplink BR1 Mini 5G (No WiFi) cellular router
• Antenna MAX enclosure
• Peplink PoE injector
• External UV-rated Cat5e cable (minimum 10 metres, pre-terminated)
• Glands and blanking plates as required
• SIM cards specified for the Australian market
• 2-year PrimeCare support and warranty package

Micro Masters Pty Ltd is currently hiring Freelance Field Technicians for a field-based assignment. We require someone on weekdays. It’s a freelance work which is around 4-5 hours. This opportunity is ideal for experienced IT, Network, and Hardware professionals who are comfortable troubleshooting and replacing surveillance camera equipment while collaborating remotely with our engineering team.

Project Responsibilities:
•Troubleshoot offline Aurora cameras.
•Test Ethernet cable runs using a cable tester/toner.
•Replace faulty camera units (replacement hardware will be available onsite).
•Work remotely with the engineering team through Microsoft Teams and TeamViewer during the visit.
•Verify camera functionality after replacement and complete the assigned task.

Required Skills & Equipment:
•Windows laptop (Windows 10) with charger.
•Microsoft Teams, TeamViewer, and PuTTY installed.
•Stable internet connection.
•Smartphone with WhatsApp and mobile data.
•Cisco console cable & USB-to-Serial (DB9 to USB) adapter.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern enterprise data center environment, contributing to high-impact infrastructure and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Engineer must do diagnosis when technical issues rise in his/her scope of expertise, is aware of the global IT structure so that he/she anticipates interrelationships within the organization.
• Engages with technical peers, Service Managers, Architects and Project Teams on technology roadmaps and projects.
• Facilitates transformation projects and suggests future directions for new areas of improvement and change.
• Composable Infrastructure Management: Utilizing HPE OneView (via the Synergy Composer) to create software-defined Server Profiles. This allows physical compute modules to be provisioned and reallocated dynamically to match workload demands.
• Firmware and Driver Updates: Managing the Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) to systematically update compute modules, interconnects, and frame infrastructure.
