It was and honour to produce this show for The Amazing Kate Ceberano and Lane Cove Council! Australian music royalty @ The Canopy Lane Cove, 27.11.21. In support was the Sydney Youth Jazz Orchestras and Rayn who smashed their sets despite the challenging weather conditions.

Turrumburra Storytelling Promo Video.

"TURRUMBURRA STORYTELLING" is a digital art installation TEK Electronic Arts produced for Lane Cove Council as part of the “Festival of the River” featuring Karen Smith from the Aboriginal Heritage office telling stories about the Aboriginal culture and history of the river, through the passage of time and highlighting the interconnectedness of all thing including the flora and fauna.

TEK Electronic Arts presents ‘Turrumburra Storytelling’, in collaboration with Lane Cove Council and Karen Smith from the Aboriginal Heritage office we invite you to Connect to Cameraygal country and the story of the Turrumburra (Lane Cove River) with a digital artwork installation in the Lane Cove Plaza bandstand. Turrumburra was and continues to be a vital resource for the area connecting and providing life for local peoples. See and hear the passage of time over the river from sunset each evening of this year's festival.

More than 500 people enjoyed The Canopy Celebration on Sunday 29 November. The purpose-built stage and village green area have been designed to accommodate a range of community and professional performances and this special event was a great example of how the space could be used for future COVID-Safe events.

The day began with a children’s performance by popular duo Splash Dance, and an afternoon show by The John Morrison Band featuring guests Jacki Cooper and Jazz icon, James Morrison.
