Bit of a delayed post on this one, but our website has been live since we launched the rebrand from ARCSEC IT to TruBlue IT.

This wasn’t about changing the name and calling it a day. We wanted the new website to actually sound like us and show what makes TruBlue IT different from a lot of other IT providers.

No corporate waffle.
No confusing jargon.
No pretending everything needs to be harder than it is.

Just straight-talking IT support for Australian businesses that want things sorted properly, by people who give a damn.

That was the whole point of the new site. We wanted it to feel clear, human, and a bit more like a real conversation, not the usual MSP copy-and-paste job.

Big thanks to Vernay from Creative Baguette for helping bring it all to life. She absolutely nailed the brief and helped turn the rebrand into a website that actually feels like TruBlue IT.

Last week, Mark left the work phone and tickets alone for five minutes and headed to The Entourage Bootcamp.

Two days. Big room. Big ideas. Slightly unhealthy amount of coffee.

And somehow it turned into a Sutherland Shire Business Chamber reunion.

Got to work alongside Karina from PT Doors, absolute weapon and one of our lovely clients. Talk about being held accountable!! She also brought along her new GM Anthony.

Now here’s the best bit.

It was Anthony’s first week.

Not first month.
Not “let’s just get you across the basics.”
First week.

Straight into a two day bootcamp on growth, leadership and building things properly.

No easing in. No hiding in the corner. Just, here’s the standard, let’s go.

Have to get Karina a shirt now that says "That’s the TruBlue way!".

Back your people. Set the bar high. Do the work. Keep it real.

Bootcamp was a solid reminder that even when you think your systems are tight and your message is clear, there is always another level. And being in a room full of business owners who actually want to get better, not just look busy, hits different.

Proud to see Shire businesses investing in growth and doing it properly. Of course, Grant Purcell making sure his Shire Entourage tribe are getting the VIP treatment.

Not pictured here is the wonderful Mario Ranieri. The man not only managed to conduct the two days of learning but never once switched off on his clients. Taking every break as an opportunity to call his clients, follow up banks, and push for the wins.

What’s been the best thing about rebranding to TruBlue IT?

Aside from our camping trips now technically counting as “work trips” (nothing to see here, Tax Office), work is fun again.

There’s a different energy when we answer the phone with, “TruBlue IT, Mark speaking.”
Clients are excited about the new name. We’re excited about what’s ahead.
And marketing finally feels like us, not another stock photo of someone pretending to look busy at a laptop.

But the mindset’s the same.

TruBlue IT officially out in the community.

Last week marked our first networking event under the TruBlue name, with GM Mark Beath representing at the Sutherland Shire Business Chamber After 5s. A great night of conversations, new connections, and a fascinating look inside Diamondrensu in Kirrawee Village.

And yes, the TruBlue tees made an appearance. We have always been known for the shirts, and that reputation is clearly sticking around through the rebrand.

Proud of the direction we are heading and even prouder to be part of a local business community that genuinely supports each other.

Onwards.

ARCSEC is officially gone.

Before you panic, nothing about the quality changed.
We just changed the name so it actually sounds like us.

TruBlue IT feels straight-up.
Less corporate robot.
More real conversation.
