A meeting of minds… quite literally! 🧠

We’re excited to welcome Our Visual Brain as Theratrak’s newest platform partner! ⭐

Our Visual Brain gives OTs and Vision Therapists access to engaging therapeutic games that support visual, cognitive and functional skill development. 🎯

Through this partnership, clinicians can bring OVB activities into Theratrak programs to:
✅ Personalise therapy
✅ Support structured skill progression
✅ Keep participants engaged
✅ Encourage practice between sessions

Theratrak Founder and OT Laura Simmons and Our Visual Brain Founder Jennifer Powell have been sharing ideas about technology and therapy outcomes since 2020 - so this partnership has been several years in the making! 🚀

As Jennifer explains:
💬 “Together, it creates a more connected experience for therapists, patients, and families.” 💬

More engaging activities. More support beyond the clinic. More ways to keep therapy moving. 💚

If you have any questions or know another partner we should connect with, send us a message! 📧

Home programs, handouts, waitlist support, progress tracking… that’s a lot for one app to casually handle. 🚀

We loved hearing how one therapist is using Theratrak to make everyday clinic life easier: ⭐

💬 “I like being able to easily send home programs to clients. I have started adding handouts to the app to send to clients… I am also offering a wait list program through Theratrak to provide activities to clients on the wait list. Being able to easily send home programs to clients and track their progress has been really helpful.”
- Claire Carson, Occupational Therapist & Co-Founder at Shoalhaven Allied Health

This is exactly what Theratrak was built for. 💚

We built Theratrak not only for sending home programs - but making therapy easier to manage, easier for families to access, and easier for therapists to track over time. 🎯

With Theratrak, clinics can:
✅ Send personalised home therapy programs
✅ Upload & share handouts
✅ Create activity programs
✅ Support waitlisted clients
✅ Track participant progress

Therapy doesn’t stop when the session ends - and support shouldn’t have to wait until someone reaches the top of the list. 💡

How long is your clinic’s waitlist? ⏳

1 month? 📅
6 months? 📅📅📅📅📅📅
12 months? 📅📅📅📅📅📅📅📅📅📅📅📅

Long enough that everyone has stopped counting? 😅

Now the bigger question… How many families are waiting for support? 📝

We worked with Thrive Group @100062965552755 on a research project to showcase the outcomes of using Theratrak to support their waitlist in regional Victoria. During the four month project, 250 clients were on the waiting list and of those, 50% were identified as suitable for early intervention packages - and 33.6% of those families purchased a package. 🎯

And the feedback? 💭

✔️ Less admin, more impact - Therapists reported huge time savings
✔️ Higher engagement - Families on waitlists felt more supported & learned practical OT strategies
✔️ Better outcomes - More kids completed home therapy activities
✔️ Higher job satisfaction - Therapy teams showcased more enjoyment in their work

That’s the power of giving families something useful while they wait. ⭐

A waitlist shouldn’t mean no support. 💚

Theratrak in action. 💫

We love hearing from clinics who have made Theratrak part of their everyday therapy workflow - not just as a “nice extra”, but as a practical tool that supports therapists, participants, and families week after week. 🚀

After using Theratrak, this clinic has seen how digital home programs can help:
✅ Save therapists time on admin
✅ Make home programs easier to send and follow
✅ Support families between sessions
✅ Track progress more clearly over time
✅ Keep participants engaged with therapy in real life

The real value of Theratrak isn’t just an app. 👀

It’s…
🎯 The extra confidence families feel at home.
🎯 The time therapists get back in their day.
🎯 The clearer communication between sessions.
🎯 The progress that becomes easier to see, support, and celebrate.

We’re so grateful to support clinics who are using Theratrak to make therapy easier, clearer, and more connected - including the dedicated Speech Language Pathologist, Danielle Brisbane at RL Therapy Group. 🌞

So why not therapy practice? 👀

In her recent episode on The Entrepreneurial Clinician with host Muirhead , Theratrak Founder and OT Laura Simmons spoke about one of the big questions that led to Theratrak: 🚀

🎯 How do we make it easier for therapy strategies to actually happen in real life? 🎯

As an OT, Laura saw the same challenges again and again - families forgetting what to practise, paper handouts going missing, home programs feeling like homework, and therapists spending too much time following up. ⏳

So she did what OTs do best. Problem-solved. 💡

In the episode, Laura outlines how Theratrak was created to help clinicians:
✅ Send personalised home programs in minutes
✅ Set reminders that fit real family routines
✅ Make therapy practice feel more fun and motivating
✅ Track progress between sessions
✅ Support families without adding more admin

The goal was never to replace the therapist. Our goal has been to support therapists to extend their impact beyond the session - into the everyday moments where practice, confidence, and long-term change actually happen. 💚

A therapy program in 5 minutes? Yes! It’s entirely possible. ⏱️

And possibly done before your coffee gets cold. ☕

All busy clinicians know the “without Theratrak” version: 👀

❌ Find the sticky notes.
❌ Create the paper handouts.
❌ Rewrite the case notes.
❌ Action the follow-up emails or calls.
❌ Hope practice actually happens. 😅

With Theratrak, therapists can build and send a personalised home program in minutes: 👀

✔️ Choose activities
✔️ Personalise notes + reminders
✔️ Send to the participant
✔️ Track progress over time

With Theratrak, clinicians get to spend less time piecing together resources after the session - and more time focused on supporting participants where therapy really happens: in everyday life. 💚

Home programs shouldn’t take your whole afternoon. 🌞

“For me, that’s win, win, win, win, win!” 💚

That’s how Jo Muirhead summed up Theratrak in her recent conversation with our founder and OT, Laura Simmons , on The Entrepreneurial Clinician podcast. 🎧

We’ll take it. 🙋

Because Theratrak was built to solve one of the biggest gaps in therapy: What happens between sessions? 👀

With Theratrak, any therapist can:
✅ Send clear, personalised home programs
✅ Provide asynchronous support between appointments
✅ Give feedback when families need it
✅ Help parents and caregivers feel more confident
✅ Support children to keep practising in real life

With Theratrak, it means therapy doesn’t just stay inside the clinic room. 🚀

Therapy carries into the home, the routines, the tricky moments, and the everyday practice that helps participants build skills over time. 🎯

💬 For therapists… 💬
It means less chasing, fewer lost worksheets, and clearer communication.

📲 For families… 📲
It means support they can come back to exactly when they need it.

💫 For participants… 💫
It means therapy has a better chance of becoming part of everyday life.

Win, win, win, win, win. ⭐

Therapy doesn’t stop when the session ends. 💚

That idea sits at the heart of Theratrak - and it’s something Founder and OT Laura Simmons spoke about in her recent conversation on The Entrepreneurial Clinician Podcast with host Jo Muirhead . 🎧

As Laura shared, Theratrak has always had three big goals: 👀

✅ Increase access to therapy support
✅ Reduce the time families need to spend in therapy
✅ Make therapy more affordable and sustainable

Because as an early intervention therapist, Laura has seen how life-changing the right support can be for children and families - especially when it reaches them early. 💫

But the reality is, there’s only so much a therapist can do in a 45-60 minute session. ⏳

The real impact often happens afterwards:
🎯 in the home,
🎯 in the routine,
🎯 in the repetition,
🎯 in the moments where strategies become part of everyday life.

That’s why Theratrak was built to support what happens between sessions. 🚀

Therapists can send clear, personalised home programs, set reminders, support families to follow through, and keep therapy moving in the real world - without adding more admin to already busy workloads. 📲

Innovation in healthcare shouldn’t replace clinicians - it should help clinicians create more impact. 💥

Therapy isn’t a 45-minute moment. 💬

Laura said it perfectly in this episode: we’re taught to be “like a coach”, but there’s only so much we can do in a 45–60 minute session. 🎯

The real magic is what happens outside of sessions. 💫

The host Jo said this was one of the most interesting conversations she’s had this season! 🤩

Therapy is about the everyday practice that turns a strategy into a habit. 📊

It’s embedding what you worked on in the real world that creates change. ⚡

But here’s the sticking point most clinicians (and families) know too well - how do you get the program home, make it easy to understand, and support follow-through without adding more admin? 📲

That’s exactly the gap Theratrak was built to solve. 💚

Theratrak helps you translate what happened in-session into a clear, engaging home program, then supports families with the right reminders at the right time so practice actually happens. ✅

Learn more about Laura’s story of being an OT, using innovation to change healthcare while not replacing healthcare workers. 🚀
