Tonight, the ladder-leading Fremantle Dockers host Geelong Cats at Optus Stadium. Fremantle are $1.32 favourites and Geelong has drifted out to $3.42 after the news that Bailey Smith was out with illness.
Round 16 of the NRL season kicks off on Friday night with Newcastle Knights hosting the Dragons. Newcastle are $1.23 favourites and the Dragons are $4.20. It would take a brave man (or woman) to tip the Dragons, who have one win out of 13 matches this season.

2026 TIPR AFL & NRL Tipping Competition Update
In the AFL comp, Salsa has retained first place overall with 2,022 Flexi-points. Brady Wauchope has stormed into second place with 1,889 points, with MarkMaster third on 1,825. There were three winners of the round, including Brady W, leigh.l and Amelia, who all received 209 Flexi-points.
In the NRL comp, knoxin8or is flying, with an overall total of 2,152. DJF84 is second on 1,868 and Amelia, who had a brilliant weekend, stormed into third place on 1,819. Amelia also won the NRL weekly round, with 315 points, alongside FootyPirate and Evans63.
