This year I'm participating in the The Push-Up Challenge with Cash Converters! The total target of 3,307 represents the number of people to die by su***de in 2024 - a stat that stopped me in my tracks when I discovered its meaning.
Whilst an injury stops me from completing the whole challenge in pushups, I'm completing them as bodyweight reps to play my part and help spread awareness. If a single dollar is raised, or I can spread the word to one person, then my efforts have been worth it.
The challenge ends in a few days - donations on my page assist Lifeline and are tax-deductible. Maybe you'd like to play your part too?
