This video is a perfect (and hilarious) metaphor for a problem I see every single week.

The pieces? That's your CRM, your project management, your invoicing, your inventory...

The square hole? That's the "Master Spreadsheet" you're forcing all of them into.

And just like the video, it technically works. The shape goes in. But it's clunky, it's painful, and it's definitely not the right way to do it.

The person on the left dying a little inside? That's me.

Your business tasks are all different "shapes". They deserve better than the one-size-fits-all "square hole".
