Important Announcement from My Buddy Gard

As we approach the end of the year, we would like to share an important update on the future direction of My Buddy Gard.

In line with our new strategic focus and recent changes in NDIS regulations, 𝗠𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗣𝗦 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

🔹 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝟭 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we will no longer supply personal GPS trackers (including watches and pendants) to new customers.

🔹 𝗘𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀: your current monitoring plans will continue as normal, and your subscriptions will be fully honoured.

🔹 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝟯𝟬 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, which will mark the final date these subscriptions remain active within the Track Map system. An 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 will be made available for users wishing to continue beyond that date, and further details will be provided closer to the transition.

We’re deeply grateful to all the families, carers, and NDIS partners who’ve been part of our journey. Your support and trust have meant so much to us, and we’re committed to making this change as smooth as possible.
