MFA fatigue happens when an attacker repeatedly sends login approval prompts until someone taps “Approve” just to make them stop.

By that point, the attacker may already have the password.

Protect your team by:

🔸 Using number matching instead of simple approval prompts
🔸 Blocking suspicious or overseas login attempts
🔸 Teaching staff to deny and report unexpected MFA requests

One careless tap can give an attacker access.

Your business email is more than an inbox.

If someone gets in, they may be able to reset passwords, read client conversations, set up hidden forwarding rules, or send fake invoices from your actual account.

Three checks that help:

🔸 Use stronger MFA where possible
🔸 Block logins from countries you don’t operate in
🔸 Check Outlook forwarding and rules monthly

A five-minute check could save your business from a very expensive email compromise.

Quick one for anyone who’s ever deleted a file and gone looking for it in the Recycle Bin.

Since May, locally available OneDrive or SharePoint files deleted through the web, by another user, or from another synced device no longer appear in your computer’s Recycle Bin.

Instead, the local copy is removed from the device, and the file must be recovered through the OneDrive or SharePoint web recycle bin.

Files you delete directly from File Explorer or Finder still go to your computer’s Recycle Bin or Trash as usual.

How to recover a cloud-deleted file:
Go to OneDrive on the web or the relevant SharePoint site, select Recycle bin, then restore the file you need

For most Microsoft 365 business accounts, deleted files are retained for up to 93 days in total. If a file is removed from the main recycle bin, an administrator may still be able to recover it from the second-stage recycle bin within the remaining retention period.

It’s a small change, but one worth explaining to your team so they know where deleted cloud files actually live.
