"I'm embarrassed to share my link."

I hear this all the time - from capable, established women who've built successful businesses.

Not from people who are just starting out. From people who've been at this for years, who charge good rates, who get great results for their clients - and who will not send their website link to a potential client because they're not sure it reflects who they actually are.

That gap - between who you are in person and what your website says - is the most common thing I fix.

And it's not usually about a redesign.

It's about a website that was built at a different chapter of the business, then patched over time, without a clear strategy underneath it.

The fix isn't always a full rebuild. Sometimes it's a diagnosis, a clear picture of what's actually not working, and a list of things to address in order.

But you can't fix what you haven't named.

If you're at the stage where you know something's off but you're not sure what - that's worth paying attention to.

Most website projects start with a mood board.

Mine start with questions.

Before I open a design file — before I even look at what a client currently has — I'm working through a set of things that need to be clear for any website to actually function.

Who is this for, specifically. What is the one thing the site needs to do. What's actually not working, and why - at the source, not the surface. This is Stage 1 of my Strategy Before Pixels™framework. The Clarify stage.

These questions almost always surface most of the real problems with a website.

And it's almost never what 𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘬𝘴 broken.

Design is visible. You can see it, screenshot it, share it.

Strategy is invisible.

And many designers skip this stage because it takes time and expertise beyond design. But this it's where I start. Always.

Not sure what's actually off with your website? Then start with The Website Roadmap. A strategic audit - not a redesign. A clear picture of what to fix, and in what order. The thing you need when something feels off and you can't quite name it.

The thing I hear most often isn't "I need a new website."

It's "I know something's off but I don't know what."

That's the work. Figuring out what's actually broken before touching a single pixel.

Get in touch if you're in the "I need to fix my website but don't know where to start" camp - let's chat and figure it out together!

Most of my clients don't care what platform their website is on.

They come to me because something isn't working - and they can't name exactly why.

The enquiries aren't coming. Or they're the wrong kind. Or they look at their website and it just doesn't feel like them anymore, and they've been meaning to fix it for ages.

None of that is a platform problem.

It's rarely even a design problem.

It's almost always a strategy problem. The message isn't clear. The structure doesn't guide anyone anywhere. The copy describes what they offer instead of speaking to the person they're trying to reach.

A prettier version of the same website produces the same results.

The work starts before the design file opens.

What's the thing you keep meaning to fix on your website? Drop it below - I'm genuinely curious.

Here's what actually happens in a Website Diagnosis.

You book, receive a short intake form - under 10 minutes - and share your URL, your goal, what feels off, and any pages you want prioritised.

From there, I review your website across five areas: overall impression and trust signals, messaging and positioning clarity, user journey and structure, conversion support, and design and technical ex*****on.

Within 7 days, you receive three things.

→ A recorded video walkthrough - narrated, in order, across all five areas. What I'm seeing, why it matters, what I'd do differently.

→ A written diagnosis document. Not a transcript - a structured reference you keep open while you make changes, with a priority level on every finding.

→ A prioritised action plan. The three to five highest-impact changes, in the right order. Not a longer to-do list. The right one.

Plus five days of email support for clarification once it's delivered.

$750 AUD. Most clients start on the highest-impact fixes the same week.

"𝙄'𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚."

Someone said this to me on a call recently. It stopped me for a second.

Not: my website is broken. Not: the design looks outdated. Just that quiet, honest recognition that the business has moved - and the website hasn't followed.

That's a different problem from a broken site. A broken site has obvious symptoms. This is subtler.

The site loads. It has pages. It technically works.

But every time you share the link, there's a beat of hesitation. *Is this the right impression? Does this reflect where I'm actually at?*

Usually, the answer is no. And the founder knows it - they've just been too busy to stop and do something about it.

That hesitation is data. It's telling you something is off, even if you can't pinpoint exactly what.

The fix isn't always a full rebuild. Sometimes it's clarity. Sometimes it's structure. Sometimes it's one page doing the wrong job.

But you can't fix what you haven't diagnosed.

The Website Diagnosis is for a very specific type of founder.

You're not new to business. You've got real clients, real revenue, and a real reputation.

But your website hasn't kept up. Something is off - you feel it every time you share the link - and you've been carrying that quietly for longer than you'd like to admit.

You've tried fixing it. Tweaked the copy. Moved sections around. Maybe changed the whole layout. It still doesn't feel right.

You don't need someone to tell you to "focus on your brand voice" or "add more social proof." You need someone to look at your actual website, tell you exactly what isn't working, and give you a clear order to fix it in.

That's what the Diagnosis does.

$750 AUD. Delivered within 7 days. Four spots a month.

If that just described you, the link's in bio.

Most founders trying to fix their website make the same mistake.

They redesign before they diagnose.

→ Swipe through to see if any of these signs sound familiar.

New colours. New photos. Sometimes a whole new site. Three months later, the enquiries are still flat - because the problem was never the design.

The Website Diagnosis is built for that exact gap.

It's a full strategic audit of your Squarespace website - what's not working, why it's happening, and what to fix first. Delivered within 7 days.

No guessing. No vague "have you considered a rebrand?" without a clear reason. A proper diagnosis - the same strategic thinking I use in my premium projects, packaged into something you can act on immediately.

$750 AUD. Four spots per month. If you book a full website project within 30 days of your diagnosis, the $750 is credited toward that investment.

If you're an established founder who knows something's off but can't name it clearly enough to fix it - this was built for you.

Your website is live. The design is fine. Maybe even good.

But the enquiries aren't coming - and you can't figure out why.

Most founders go straight to design when this happens. New colours. New photos. Sometimes a whole new site.

Three months later: nothing much has changed. Because design wasn't the problem.

After working with dozens of established service-based businesses, I keep finding the same four things quietly costing founders enquiries every week. They don't show up in your analytics. They're not flagged by your designer. But they're there.

Swipe through and check your site against each one.

If more than one resonates — that's not a coincidence. It's a pattern. And the good news is that none of these are rebuild-sized problems. They're strategy and structure, which means they're fixable without starting from scratch.

Save this one. It's a useful audit to come back to.

You've got a note somewhere that lists all the things you want to do to "fix" your website.

It's been there for a few weeks.
Maybe a few months...

You keep adding to it. Never reducing it.

They're not big jobs - they're just never the most urgent thing.
But they take up space in your brain regardless.

One more thing to do.
One more thing that never actually gets done.

That's exactly what the Hit List Hour is for.
One focused hour. We work through your Squarespace to-do list together, in real time, and actually get it done.

No retainers. No lock-ins. Just getting things done.
You bring your list. I bring my A-game.

$200 | 60 minutes. Link in bio to book a spot.
