They discovered that ๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ to regular walking didnโt just help people stick to exercise โ it turned 10-minute walks into 40-minute adventures. Participants felt happier, more energised, and even younger again.
