New client brewing ☕️

Someone is about to be able to get their time and a clear direction of their creative marketing back.

Stay tuned!

Don't you just love golden hour ✨☀️

Also my favourite time for client shoots and product shoots. Agreed?

A plan you can finish has three things:

→ One clear priority per month (not twelve)
→ Someone accountable for connecting the pieces
→ Checkpoints that tell you what's working before you've spent the budget

Ninety days is enough time to see real movement, and short enough that you can't hide behind "we'll get to it."
If your marketing feels busy but directionless, let's fix the order of things first.

Let's get yours on track. DM or book a discovery session.

You don’t have a marketing problem. You have a marketing leadership problem.

Most businesses aren’t struggling because their ads suck or their content isn’t “on brand.” They’re struggling because nobody’s steering the ship.

You’ve got a freelancer running ads, an agency posting content, maybe a nephew handling the website

There's zero strategy connecting any of it.

That’s not a marketing team. That’s marketing chaos.

Hiring a full-time CMO can cost $200K+/year. Most growing businesses can’t justify that. So they go without and in turn, growth stalls.

That’s where a fractional CMO comes in. Senior-level strategy, ex*****on oversight, and accountability without the full-time price tag.

I plug in as your marketing leader: aligning your team, fixing what’s leaking money, and building a growth plan that actually gets executed, not just another deck that sits in a drive folder.

📩 DM me “GROWTH” and I’ll tell you the #1 lever I’d pull for your business in the next 90 days.

I watched a dozen small businesses this year adopt the same AI tools, chase the same trends, and end up sounding identical.

The ones who broke through had one thing in common: someone steering the strategy, not just the output.

That's the role I play as a fractional CMO.

AI has revolutionized our world but it isn't an excuse to release or fire your marketing team unless you don't care to be lost in the slop.

The tool needs a driver. Let me be your guide.

This year has been challenging , inspiring and enlightening all in one.

Personally, I put my health at the forefront and finally found a way to lose almost 20 kgs and finally feel like myself. My health is back on track and I'm continuing to prioritize it for me and my family, no one else.

Professionally speaking 👇

I have been upskilling for the better part of the last year and completely changing the direction of my business.

No longer am I positioning myself as just a "social media manager" . Because over the past few years, I have done so much more than that for my clients.

Under the guise of social media manager, I have also been:

a growth strategist
brand strategist
brand designer
web developer and SEO expert
AEO/GEO strategist
rebranding and PR strategist
creative director
implementer
crisis management

& more. With all of that and the realization that all that extra work on top of social media management is not reflecting my business growth and how I am valued as just being referred to as the "social media girl".

Gone is the guise of social media management for Lost lotus.

Hello, fractional CMO. Because this packages what I do and reflects my full scope. And with new effective training and systems under my belt, many things will change over the coming months.

Watch this space.

My friends!

When I get the notification, "Adam Mosseri has posted an update" I sometimes cringe. As SMMs and Marketing Managers, some of these messages aren't always the best news BUT THIS ONE!

Reordering your grid is back and here to stay.

Who else was SO stoked on this 🙋‍♀️

A content strategy is what turns random posts into actual results.

Instead of guessing what to post every day, your content should guide people through a journey:

Build trust
Show expertise
Create connection
Drive action

The best business socials use a mix of:

• Authority content → why people should trust you
• Relatable content → why people connect with you
• Conversion content → why people buy from you

Because pretty posts alone don’t grow a business.
Strategic content does.

If your socials feel inconsistent, confusing, or aren’t converting — it’s probably not your business.

It’s your strategy.

Save this for your next content planning day. 🤍

I've been working with this client since 2023.

When they came to me, they had great visuals but no clear direction with their socials and marketing. Over the past three years, we've established a clear brand voice, brand consistency for awareness and repetition for conversion.

Overall, they are consistently hitting high impressions, increased bookings and event retention. Reviews and engagement have increased significantly and more community involvement has put them on the map in one of the most saturated restaurant markets in the world.

Want results like these? Send me a message. I only have one spot left for the next quarter and already 3 potential clients in discovery who just might take it!

Don't wait. 📩
