Fully restored Singer Featherweight 222k.

Full restoration has been completed on this beautiful machine.

The machine has been fully stripped back to metal, then repainted in a beautiful buttercup yellow with new unique decals applied of Australian native gumnuts and wild flowers.

new parts have been applied to allow for it to sew better than new, with a new belt, feet, light bulb, and all of the screws have been replaced.

A new carry case has been made and covered in a beautiful brown suede with rustic cast iron hardware applied to match the australiana appeal of this beautiful machine. The case has been fully lined with a beautiful wattle australiana themed fabric to protect the machine when placed in and out of the box.

Your more than welcome to come and give it a test sew but she would be perfect for any sewing room, on display or for showing off at any sewing retreat.

Located Veresdale Scrub in Queensland and more than happy to post at an additional cost of approximately $60 or additional with insurance.

Antique Singer 222k Featherweight sewing machine.

Fully restored, machine and case.
Its in better than new condition and sews a dream.

It has been fully dismantled cleaned, new parts installed including belts, light, cam gears, fully restored bobbin casing. Nickle plated all metal parts and has a custom pink paint and decals.

The case has been fully restored, old mouldy covering has been removed, and repaired with a new base. All of the case hardware has been fully cleaned, repaired and restored.

The machines comes with all standard sewing feet and parts including darning foot, ruffler foot, and rolled hem foot. Also comes with original singer oil tin.

The machine has been fully rewired and is basically a new girl.

She is ready to find a new home today.

I am extremely happy with the result of this machine. Angie wanted something unique, and she has come up with this. I have nickel plated the bobbin winder and the guide on the base plate. The outer edge of the wheel is also nickel plated. You can see the seam between the base and the post. This gives a neater finish and there is no build up of paint. The motor has been rewound by professionals, and runs strong. Possibly my best work so far.

Hello. This is one of the stages of restoring an antique machine. Sandblasted and cleaned ,ready for etch primer. All the parts for the bright work have also been blasted and cleaned ready for nickel plating.

This restoration is a later version 66. It runs smoother than the early models. I'm sure Margaret will be pleased with the result. The bobbin winder on these machines is a pain to paint. Paint hinders the smooth action. This time I have nickel plated it. What do you think?

This 1902 Singer 27 was in bad shape when it arrived. Dismantling was most difficult due to oil residue on all parts. I like a challenge.
