Innocent Tenants are feeling the effects of moving into residential properties that have been contaminated with M**hamphetamine Residue. These tenants are feeling the effects of health issues and property damages (new property & furniture being brought in to contaminated properties become contaminated and may need to be disposed of).
This is caused from the previous tenants who were using and/or manufacturing Crystal M**hamphetamine within the property. As a result, a toxic residue is released and contaminates all surrounding surfaces and remains within the property for years.
Unfortunately these issues are becoming more common within Residential Rental accomodations.
With limited measures in place to alert landlords & real estate agents when a tenant is damaging the property via M**hamphetamine.
Our device was created to provide property protection by sending immediate text messages to landlords + property managers upon instant detection of airborne M**hamphetamine!
This allows landlords to get on top of the issue before severe damages are inflicted and will prevent these nasty situations from ever occurring within the premises!
