We are hiring: Content Manager

ArmMage helps businesses grow online through end-to-end digital solutions, combining SMM, digital marketing, SEO, website and app development, and more.
We’re looking for a Marketing Content Specialist to join our team and work on both ArmMage and client projects across different industries.
You’ll Work On:
- Planning and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels
- Developing content ideas, formats, and concepts for different brands and audiences
- Writing social media posts, captions, short-form content, and marketing copy
- Creating and managing content calendars
- Working with designers and other team members to turn ideas into engaging content
- Adapting content to different industries, audiences, and brand styles
- Following trends and finding new ways to make content more engaging
- Reviewing content performance and using insights to improve future content
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and writing skills
- A creative mindset - you enjoy coming up with ideas and finding different ways to present them
- Ability to understand a brand, its audience, and what kind of content makes sense for them
- Good attention to detail and a sense of what makes content clear, interesting, and engaging
- Willingness to learn and explore different areas of digital marketing
- Ability to manage several tasks and projects without losing track of priorities
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
- Ability to analyze results, identify what works and what can be improved, and make data-driven decisions to improve content performance
- Fluent Armenian and good English communication skills
